Robot Operations

Robotic Operations (RO) operates the rover on Mars and controls the mobility and rover navigation, the robotic arm, the Sample Caching System including the second robotic arm – the Sample Handling Arm, and the interface to the Ingenuity helicopter. Robotic Operations also includes the downlink analysis of the data received from the execution of these activities on Mars.
