High-fidelity EDL simulators for Mars currently do not incorporate a general library of high-fidelity terrain models and terrain-related sensors e.g. cameras. Incorporation of these elements into a simulator such as DSENDS will allow the use of these simulators for future Mars missions involving Pinpoint landing.
