Richard Ohanian holds a BS and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Caltech. Richard joined JPL in 2010 as RF/Microwave engineer in the Flight Communications section, where he worked on various flight and non-flight projects including MSL, DSAC, FINDER, DSOC and other projects. He has joined the Robotics section in 2016 as Robotics Electronics engineer and is currently working on various subsystems onboard Mars 2020 rover. Prior to joining JPL, Richard worked at Axiom Microdevices as RFIC designer for two years. He is also with Glendale Community College as adjunct faculty of Robotics and Electronics, where he teaches courses in Electronics and Robotics.
