Darwin is a Robotics System Engineer for the Robot Ops and V&V group. He earned a M.S. in Robotics & Autonomous Systems in 2021 and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing Concentration in 2020 from Boston University. After graduating, he spent a year implementing and overseeing operations of autonomous mobile robots in a manufacturing environment at Prodrive Technologies. At JPL, Darwin is working on the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover as a both mobility downlink engineer and a rover planner.
