Catherine Woodall is the Business Manager for the Communications Architectures and Research Section (332) of the Communications, Tracking, and Radar Division (33). Currently, Catherine leads and executes personnel development activities for the Section's Business Operations team. She is accountable for financial reporting of the Section, Business Operation, and training budgets. Also, using various financial reporting tools, she performs cost analyses, reconciliation and budget estimating activities. She validates the section work force plans, recruiting and strategic hire activities to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth. Catherine is the Section liaison for all human resources, employee relation matters, rewards and recognition and the annual performance management activities. Finally, Catherine is the Section's contact for JPL's safety and property audits.

Catherine has demonstrated success with the formation and implementation of a strategic line organization and has supported the Mobility and Robotics Systems Section, as well as the Autonomy and Control Section. Her diverse years of experience intersect three major aerospace companies: JPL, TRW, and SAIC. Her background includes extensive knowledge in the areas of classified programs, finance, human resources, safety, acquisitions, facilities and property management. She has served on various JPL Business Administration review boards and focus groups.
