Arash is a Robotics Mechanical Engineer at JPL.
He specializes in mechanisms and mechanical design of robotic systems. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2015. The focus of his PhD research was on "Multi-Modal Mobile Robots.” The HyTAQ, Hybrid Terrestrial and Aerial Robot, and ResQuake are examples of the robotic platforms he has developed.
