358T - Robotic Operations and Tools

The Robotic Operations & Tools group seeks to lead the design and engineering software tools for operating autonomous robotic systems​ . This includes:

  • Design and creation of flight software and ground software to enhance operability of robots.
  • Software infrastructure design and implementation for mission operations.
  • Flight-software-in-the-loop simulation of robot behaviors.
  • Human-in-the-loop software system to validate and verify command sequence.
  • 3D visualization and command sequence automation tools in verification and validation, traceability, and documentation for operating space robotic systems​.
