Biography (more>>)
Dr. Marco B. Quadrelli has been at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology since 1997, where he has worked as Research Technologist in the Mobility and Robotic Systems Section and in the Guidance and Control Section. He has been a visiting scientist at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, did post-doctoral work in computational micro-mechanics at the Institute of Paper Science and Technology in Atlanta, and has been a Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering both at JPL and at the Caltech Graduate Aeronautical Laboratories. He has been involved in spacecraft stability, dynamics and control of tethered space systems, formation flying, distributed spacecraft and robots, inflatable apertures, hypersonic entry and aero-maneuvering, precision landing with controlled decelerators, adaptive structures for planetary sampling, and guidance, navigation and control of spacecraft swarms.

and adaptive aerospace systems, continuum physics, interdisciplinary modeling of complex multi
scale physical systems. More specifically, in computational modeling, dynamics analysis, and
control design of heterogeneous dynamical systems.
