Computer vision, pattern recognition, and machine learning.
I am interested in the ways in which computer vision are changing with the ubiquity of high-quality, high-resolution sensors that are affordable to the average consumer. I also am interested in learning about ways that large collections of images collected by amateurs can be tapped to allow previously impossible ideas to be developed.
