Jessica brings extensive expertise in contracts management and business operations, honed through her experience at JPL and beyond. Her previous roles include Contracts Manager (including serving as the lead for the National Space Technology (NSTA) Program Office), Business Administrator for the Mobility and Robotic Systems Section (347), Manager of the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Lightning II Sustainment Contracts Team at Northrop Grumman, Business Administrator for the Flight Communications Systems Section (337) and most recently, Business Analyst for the Autonomous Systems Division (3400). Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Whittier College and an MBA from Arizona State University.
