Biography (more>>)
Khaled S. Ali is a member Robotic Manipulation and Sampling group. He has worked on various space flight missions and research tasks since joining JPL in 1996.
Dr. Ali has participated in the Mars Polar Lander, Mars 01 Lander, both the development and operations of the Mars Exploration Rover flight missions, and development for the InSight mission. He has also participated in various robotics research tasks, and he was the CogE for the Spacecraft Surface Systems Software for the Lunar Surface Operations Testbed.
Dr. Ali is currently participating in the InSight mission. Khaled is the Flight Software CogE for the Instrument Deployment Arm.
