Patricia Hayes-Rowe is a Business Administrator for the Mobility and Robotic Systems Section (347) of the Autonomous Systems Division (34). Patricia is the Safety Coordinator for the Section, which includes monitoring all labs, maintaining current documentation for the labs, and disseminating Safety information to Section personnel. She is also Section 347's IT System Representative for two computer security plans that she monitors and ensures are in compliance with IT Security requirements.

Further, using various financial reporting tools, Patricia performs cost analyses, reconciliations and budget estimating activities. She provides data for MMRs as well as fulfilling requests for other financial data. Patricia also provides support for Facilities and HR activities.

Completed various courses at the University of California at Long Beach, Los Angeles City College and Orange Coast College.
