Olivier Toupet is a research technologist in the Robotic Systems Estimation, Decision, and Controls group at JPL. His technical expertise includes multi-robot decision-making, optimal control, flight dynamics, Bayesian estimation and tracking, sensor fusion, computer vision, human-machine interfaces, aircraft design, advanced simulation development, and flight testing operations.
Mr. Toupet is also a Rover Planner for the Mars Exploration Rover (MER) and Mars Science Laboratory (MSL).

* MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), 2006
* MS in Aerospace Engineering, Ecole Nationale Superieure de lAeronautique et de lEspace (SUPAERO), France, 2003

* Research Technologist in the Robotic Controls and Estimation group at JPL, since 2013
* Senior Flight Controls Engineer at Zee.aero (start-up developing a VTOL electric airplane), from 2011 to 2013
