David Trotz is an Associate Member of Technical Staff for the Computer Vision Group at the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, CA.
Prior to coming to JPL in 2005, David Trotz attended Cal Poly Pomona where he earned his undergraduate degree in computer science. While at Cal Poly Pomona David Trotz was an active participant in a research project focusing on autonomous robotics funded by a NASA PAIR grant.
David Trotz came to JPL in the Fall of 2005 as an intern working on the Pinpoint Landing research task with Jim Montgomery. After graduating with distinction from Cal Poly Pomona in December of 2005 he attained full time employment with JPL.
